Service Description

Bodysurfing is one of the purest and most ancient forms of surfing where you just swim into and with the waves. Learn how to catch more waves and even try some tricks such as spinners! Become more comfortable in the ocean and gain a better understanding about rip currents, changing ocean conditions and where to position yourself on a wave... it's also a great workout! No equipment required, but bring your fins if you have them and a wetsuit if you need it. Ask about trying out hand planes, too! I really can't recommend bodysurfing enough for building confidence in the water and really getting the "feel" for navigating being in the ocean and in the waves... and it's super fun! This is a great option for: - everyone - Parents who want to drop their child off at the beach while they go do their thing - New ocean goers (kids and adults alike) who just want to get comfortable in the surf zone - Strong swimmers who want to try new things bodysurfing - Parents who want someone to lifeguard their kids while they hang out at the beach ;) - Surfers who want good cross training - People who think the surf looks terrible but still want to get barreled. *Swimmers 6 and up.
