I'm a 5'7", 145 lbs, size 4-8 in clothes, pictured here wearing a Medium. A small works well to be extra snug for swimming, but I didn't have any problem wearing a medium while bodysurfing and felt like it was a little better fit for my torso. When in doubt, go a little smaller.
